Orders placed during business days before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day (unless otherwise stated) via PostNL. Normally the shipment is offered by the delivery person the next business day.
When the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track&Trace so you can track the shipment.
The cost of shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is CHF 12.00.
The shipping costs are calculated per order and not per item.
For orders up to an order value of € 200, we charge € 4.00 shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium.
If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted, the package will be delivered at a Post-NL location. The address of the PostNL Location to where your shipment is, or where it has been delivered, can be found in the PostNL-app. If you don't have the app, the postman will leave a non-home card with which you can find the necessary information
A valid ID is required to collect the package at the PostNL location. If the shipment has not been collected within a week, the package will be returned to sender
During the ordering process you can choose to collect the shipment at our location in Hengelo. You will receive a message as soon as the order is ready.
